Diane Lee Newman has represented employers, insurance companies and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation for over 20 years in all phases of litigation and appeals.  She is admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court of New Jersey and the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Lee earned an M.B.A. degree and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, having served as former co-Chair of the Animal Law Committee.   

Lee has  30 years of experience in the area of employment law and over 18 years of experience in defending a wide variety of employment law claims, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation claims, breach of contract, wrongful discharge, tort-based claims and unemployment compensation claims.  She litigates cases from the administrative agency level through trial and provides advice and counseling to clients.  She sits as an arbitrator for the U.S. Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and serves as a Mediator in the EEOC’s Mediation program.

Lee served as an adjunct instructor for Community College of Philadelphia teaching employment law, civil procedure, research and writing.
