Thomas Dougherty

Associate Attorney

Tom Dougherty has more than 27 years of insurance defense experience, including more than 15 years representing private employers, governmental entities, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all phases of workers compensation litigation and appeals.

Prior to joining Schaff & Young, he worked for insurance companies as Staff Counsel as well as private firms.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.  When not practicing law, he coaches basketball and softball in Radnor Township’s youth leagues.
